Eligibility Requirements:

To be considered for the African Future Leader Scholarship, applicants must:

  • Be residents of one of the 54 African countries as defined by the United Nations.
  • Demonstrate an outstanding track record of leadership and/or leadership potential. This may include experiences during studies, work experience or internships, and/or within the community.
  • The strength of the application, interview performance, and professional experience to date will also be considered.

Application Process:

  1. Apply for Admission: Submit your application for the Full-Time MBA program at Imperial College Business School.
  2. Automatic Consideration: Candidates who apply in admission rounds one to four and receive an offer will automatically be considered for this scholarship.
  3. Notification: Successful candidates will be notified during the week commencing Monday, 25 November (round one), Monday, 31 March (round two), Monday, 26 May (round three), and Monday, 30 June (round four).

Application Deadlines:

  • The application deadline for the scholarship is June 30, 2025.
  • Scholarships will be awarded throughout the admissions cycle, but only a limited number are available. Therefore, it is recommended to apply in an earlier round.
