Scholarship Details
Each year, the Romanian Government awards scholarships to foreign citizens from non-EU countries across three academic cycles:
1. Bachelor’s Degree

Open to high school graduates with a recognized baccalaureate certificate or equivalent.

Concludes with a Bachelor’s examination.
2. Master’s Degree
