💡 About the NCDMB Oil and Gas Field Readiness Program
The NCDMB initiative is designed to boost local capacity and create employment opportunities in Nigeria’s growing energy sector.
Participants will undergo two to three years of blended learning — including classroom sessions, laboratory practice, certification, and at least six months of industrial attachment with major oil and gas service companies.
