**Requirements for Scholarship Qualification**

Priority given to:
– Abstract presenters, workshop facilitators, and Global Village organizers
– Applicants from low and middle-income countries
– Key populations or people living with HIV
– Young people and investigators under 35
– Those not previously awarded an International AIDS Conference scholarship

**Application Timeline**

– February/March 2024: Review and selection
