The University of Surrey, in collaboration with Royal Holloway University of London, is offering fully funded AI scholarships for the 2025/2026 academic year. These scholarships are part of the UKRI AI Centre for Doctoral Training in AI for Digital Media Inclusion.
Scholarship Benefits:
- Tuition Coverage: Full coverage of UK home tuition fees.
- Stipend: A tax-free maintenance payment of £20,780 per year, as per UKRI’s minimum rate effective from October 1, 2025.
- Supplement: An additional £4,000 per year.
- Additional Funding: Access to further funding for related training and development opportunities.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Possession of a bachelor’s degree in a related field.
- Demonstrated academic excellence and a passion for research in AI for digital media inclusion.
- Evidence of effective teamwork skills.
