Biosystems Engineering

Electrical or Computer Engineering

Agricultural/Biological Engineering

Preferred Skills & Experience:

Proficiency in MATLAB, Python, or similar tools

Machine learning/deep learning knowledge

Familiarity with sensors: NIR, X-ray, HSI, gas sensors

Experience in post-harvest handling or storage modeling

Prior research or scientific publications
