The United Nations Refugee Agency (UNHCR) is inviting applications from young Africans for the UNHCR TagDev Scholarship 2.0 program for the 2025/2026 academic year. This fully funded scholarship supports students pursuing Bachelor’s or Master’s degrees in Agriculture at select African universities.
Eligibility Criteria:

African nationals under the age of 35.

Interest in pursuing a degree in Agriculture.

Willingness to participate in program information sessions.

Individuals with disabilities, asylum seekers, refugees, and internally displaced persons are strongly encouraged to apply.

Application Process:

Admission Application: Apply for admission to your chosen program at one of the participating universities. Ensure you meet the specific admission criteria of the selected institution.

Scholarship Application: Concurrently, apply for the TAGDev 2.0 scholarship through the RUFORUM Information Management System (RIMS):

Access the RIMS portal

Register and create an account.

Log in and navigate to “Scholarship Calls.”

Select the relevant call ID and complete the application form.

Save and submit the application.

Both applications must be submitted concurrently. Shortlisted candidates will be contacted for further information.
