The World Bank Legal Vice Presidency Internship Program offers law students an invaluable opportunity to engage with the organization’s mission and operations. Eligibility Criteria:
To qualify for the internship, applicants must:

Citizenship: Be a citizen of any International Bank for Reconstruction and Development (IBRD) member state.

Academic Enrollment: Be enrolled in an LLB, JD, LLM, SJD, PhD, or equivalent legal academic program during the internship period.

Language Proficiency: Possess excellent command of the English language. Proficiency in a second language, particularly one of the IBRD’s working languages (Arabic, Chinese, French, Russian, or Spanish), is advantageous.
Application Periods and Deadlines:

Summer Internship Program: Applications open on December 1 and close on December 31. The internship typically runs between June and August.

Fall Internship Program: Applications are accepted from April 1 to April 30, with the internship period usually between September and November.

Spring Internship Program: The application window is from September 1 to September 30, for internships generally held between March and May.
