Since 2017, Sciences Po has partnered with the Mastercard Foundation Scholars Program, alongside other prestigious universities such as Oxford, Cambridge, and Edinburgh.
The program has already supported over 130 students from Sub-Saharan Africa, offering them the opportunity to pursue world-class education in the social sciences and become future change-makers in their home countries.
This scholarship supports the Mastercard Foundation’s “Young Africa Works” initiative — aiming to empower 30 million young Africans to access meaningful employment and entrepreneurship opportunities by 2030.
✅ Eligibility Requirements
Applicants must:

Be citizens or residents of a Sub-Saharan African country.
