The Puma Energy Africa Graduate Program 2025 is a one-year rotational program designed to accelerate the learning and professional development of recent graduates across key areas of Puma Energy’s business. Participants will rotate through departments such as Operations, Supply, Retail, and Terminals, building a comprehensive understanding of the company’s operations. The program is available in several African countries, including Benin, Botswana, Congo, Eswatini, Ghana, Lesotho, Malawi, Mozambique, Namibia, Senegal, South Africa, Tanzania, Zambia, and Zimbabwe.
Eligibility Requirements:
- Hold a Bachelor’s degree in a STEM field (Science, Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics) or a related discipline.
- Be a citizen or resident with the legal right to work in the country for which you are applying.
- Be a motivated, enthusiastic, and talented graduate.
