The MTN ICT Business Skills Training Program 2025 is a youth empowerment initiative designed to equip Nigerian entrepreneurs aged 18–35 years with tech-enabled business skills. This program will help small business owners remain competitive and sustainable in today’s digital economy.
Through a 5-week online training programme, participants will gain access to Masterclasses delivered by top industry experts, free internet data, and mentorship opportunities.
Most importantly, the top 600 participants will receive an Equipment Grant worth ₦300 million to support and scale their businesses.

Details of the Program
Since 2018, MTN has partnered with global tech giants such as Oracle, KPMG, IBM, Digital Bridge Institute, CISCO, Google, Meta, and Microsoft to train young entrepreneurs across Nigeria.
So far, 4,036 young people have completed the program across 16 states. In this 7th Cohort (2025), the training will expand further, targeting 6,000 youths.

Microsoft: Courses on Entrepreneurship in the Digital Age, ICT for Business Success, and Generative AI Skills.

Meta: Training on Brand Building and Business Growth Online via Meta Boost Small Business Studios.
Eligibility Criteria
To qualify, applicants must:

Be a Nigerian (male or female), 18–35 years old

Own and manage a small business not older than 2 years

Operate the business in one of these states: Abuja, Bauchi, Bayelsa, Enugu, Ondo, Plateau, Sokoto, or Taraba
