🌍 About the MTN Global Graduate Programme
The MTN Graduate Development Programme combines formal learning through the MTN Academy with on-the-job experience across MTN’s operations. Graduates will undergo rotations in key business areas while learning directly from experts shaping Africa’s digital future.
Formal modules are hosted at MTN’s three regional learning centres in Southern, Northern, and Western Africa, giving participants a truly pan-African experience.
✅ Eligibility Requirements
Applicants must:

Be young, energetic, and aged 20–27 years.

Hold at least a Second Class Upper (2:1) or HND Upper Credit.

Be fluent in English.
