The KPMG Nigeria Graduate Trainee Programme is designed to develop recent university graduates into seasoned professionals within a dynamic, multinational environment. Participants will receive world-class mentoring, engage in continuous learning, and gain practical experience across various business areas.
Eligibility Criteria: To be considered for the programme, applicants must:
- Hold a minimum of a Second-Class Upper Division from a recognized university.
- Have at least 5 O’ Level credits, including English and Mathematics.
- For Law graduates, possess a minimum of Second-Class Upper Division in both first degree and Law School.
- Be under 28 years old at the time of application.
- Have completed the National Youth Service Corps (NYSC) programme.
- Demonstrate excellent research, writing, communication, and presentation skills.
- Exhibit strong analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving abilities.
- Be proficient in tools such as PowerPoint, Excel, and Power BI.
- Not have taken the KPMG aptitude test within the last 12 months.
