The KPMG Nigeria Graduate Trainee Programme  is designed to develop recent university graduates into seasoned professionals within a dynamic, multinational environment. Participants will receive world-class mentoring, engage in continuous learning, and gain practical experience across various business areas.

Eligibility Criteria: To be considered for the programme, applicants must:

  • Hold a minimum of a Second-Class Upper Division from a recognized university.
  • Have at least 5 O’ Level credits, including English and Mathematics.
  • For Law graduates, possess a minimum of Second-Class Upper Division in both first degree and Law School.
  • Be under 28 years old at the time of application.
  • Have completed the National Youth Service Corps (NYSC) programme.
  • Demonstrate excellent research, writing, communication, and presentation skills.
  • Exhibit strong analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Be proficient in tools such as PowerPoint, Excel, and Power BI.
  • Not have taken the KPMG aptitude test within the last 12 months.
