Eligibility Requirements

To qualify for the KAUST Scholarship 2026, applicants must meet the following criteria:

For Master’s Program (MSc):

  • Hold a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Mathematics, or Physical, Chemical, or Biological Sciences.

  • Meet the English Language Requirement:

    • IELTS: Minimum 6.5

    • TOEFL: Minimum 79

For PhD Program:

  • Hold either a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a science-related discipline.

Postgraduate Diploma (PGDip):

  • A Bachelor’s degree in a science or engineering field recognized by KAUST.
