🧾 Program Details

The Harvard LEAD Fellowship 2026/27 is a hybrid (virtual and in-person) program hosted by Harvard University, Cambridge, Massachusetts.

  • Program Duration: September 1, 2026 – August 31, 2027

  • Fall Semester: Conducted virtually

  • Spring Semester: In-person at Harvard (6 weeks, April 2027)

During the in-person session, fellows will engage in leadership development, mentorship, and practical training in global health innovation.

To be eligible for the Harvard LEAD Fellowship, applicants must:

  • Hold at least a Master’s degree in a relevant field.

  • Be currently employed full-time in global health.

  • Have a minimum of 10 years of professional experience (excluding student work).

  • Obtain employer support and a reference champion within their organization.

  • Be able to take a leave of absence during the in-person session.

  • Be eligible to reside in Boston, Massachusetts during the fellowship.
