✅ Eligibility Criteria

To qualify for the GBfoods Africa Graduate Trainee Program 2026, applicants must:

• Hold a Bachelor’s Degree in one of the following fields:
  Food Science & Technology, Agricultural Science & Technology, Chemical Engineering, Electrical or Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics, Instrumentation & Control, Automation Engineering, or related fields.

• Hold a Master’s Degree in Business Administration or related discipline (optional but advantageous).

• Be a recent graduate (2023–2025) with a First Class / Second Class Upper or equivalent.

• Demonstrate strong English proficiency.

• Be curious, ambitious, purpose-driven, and committed to impact-driven growth.

• Be from Ghana, Nigeria, or Algeria.
