π About the Arkansas Tech University Masters Scholarship 2026
The Hecke Lab in the Department of Biology and Earth Sciences at Arkansas Tech University is recruiting one student to join its MS in Fisheries and Wildlife Science (MSFWS) program starting January 5, 2026.
The research focuses on understanding diet, microhabitat differences, and morphometrics of two fish forms in the Illinois Bayou watershed and nearby areas. Results from this study will help inform conservation and management decisions for these species.

To be considered for this scholarship, applicants must meet the following:
Minimum Qualifications:

A Bachelorβs degree (B.S.) in Fisheries or Natural Resources or a related field.
