2026 Indomie Graduate Trainee Programme Requirements

1. Accountant (Graduate Management Trainee)

Applicants must meet the following criteria:

• Chartered Accountant (ICAN or ACCA) or currently in view

• 1–2 years of relevant accounting experience (FMCG, retail, or manufacturing experience is an advantage)

• Strong knowledge of IFRS and general accounting principles

• Proficiency in accounting software such as Sage, QuickBooks, Zoho Books, or SAP, and Microsoft Excel

• Excellent numerical, analytical, and problem-solving skills

• Strong attention to detail with the ability to multitask

• Good communication and interpersonal skills

• High level of integrity, professionalism, and responsibility

2. Six Sigma Facilitator (Graduate Management Trainee)

• First Class Honours degree only

• 0–5 years of work experience

• Not more than 30 years of age

• B.Eng. or B.Sc. in any of the following disciplines:
  Electrical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Food Technology, Chemistry, Biochemistry, Statistics, Mathematics, Physics, Biotechnology, Computer Science, Microbiology, Metallurgical Engineering, or Civil Engineering

• Willingness to be deployed to any company location

• Completion of NYSC (NYSC discharge certificate required)

• Computer literacy with an innovative mindset
