The Sirindhorn International Institute of Technology (SIIT) in Thailand is offering fully funded scholarships for international students to pursue Master’s and Ph.D. programs in 2025. These scholarships cover full tuition fees, provide monthly living allowances, travel expenses, and health insurance.

Eligibility Requirements:

  • Non-Thai citizens.
  • For Master’s applicants: a Bachelor’s degree with a minimum GPA of 2.75.
  • For Ph.D. applicants: a Master’s degree with a minimum GPA of 3.50.
  • Proficiency in English; however, an English proficiency test score is not mandatory for the application.

Benefits:

  • Full tuition and educational support fees.
  • Monthly living allowance: 10,000 Baht for Master’s students and 15,000 Baht for Ph.D. students.
  • Round-trip economy class airfare.
  • Visa fee and airport taxes up to 10,000 Baht.
  • Health and accident insurance.

Required Documents:

  • Statement of purpose (at least one page).
  • Curriculum Vitae (CV) or resume.
  • Official transcripts:
    • Bachelor’s degree transcript with a minimum GPA of 2.75 for Master’s applicants.
    • Bachelor’s and Master’s degree transcripts with a minimum GPA of 3.50 for Ph.D. applicants.
  • Citizen ID card or passport.
  • Recent photograph (1 x 1.5 inches, JPEG format).
  • Certificate of English proficiency test (if available).

Application Process:

  1. Visit the SIIT Graduate Admissions website.
  2. Register to create an account.
  3. Log in using your email address and the provided password.
  4. Complete the online application form.
  5. Upload all required documents in JPEG, JPG, or PDF format.
  6. Submit the application before the deadline.
