Launched in 2017, the MINDS Scholarship for Leadership Development aims to nurture African leaders with a pan-African development vision. The program supports talented young people to pursue postgraduate studies at top universities within Africa but outside their home country, encouraging cross-border collaboration and integration.

β Eligibility Criteria
Applicants must:

Be a national of an African country and reside within Africa

Be accepted into a MINDS-preferred institution outside their country of citizenship/residence
-
Have scored at least 70% in each subject over the past two years of study

Demonstrate leadership potential and commitment to Africaβs development
-
Submit a complete online application with all supporting documents
