The Fellowship offers a transformative one-year experience, providing firsthand exposure to governance processes at the State level, direct mentorship from top leaders, domestic and international policy trips, and leadership development opportunities.

Fellowship Benefits

Work Experience: Fellows will shadow Lagos State Cabinet members and rotate across various ministries after six months.

Eligibility Requirements
Applicants must:

Be a Nigerian citizen.

Be under 35 years old.

Hold at least a Bachelor’s degree.

Have completed the NYSC program or possess an exemption letter.

Have a minimum of three (3) years of work experience.
