Program Details
The Lafarge Graduate Trainee Program is structured to develop the next generation of leaders in both technical and business functions.
Structure of the Program

1 Month Induction: Intensive onboarding to understand Lafarge’s culture, safety standards, and core operations.

4 Month Rotation: Gain cross-functional exposure across Manufacturing, Commercial, Logistics, Procurement, and other business units.

7 Month Deep Dive: Specialize in a chosen function and work on impactful real-world projects.

Mentorship: Each trainee is paired with an experienced mentor to support career growth.
Eligibility Criteria
To qualify for the Lafarge Africa Graduate Trainee Program 2025, applicants must:

Hold a degree in Chemical, Electrical, or Mechanical Engineering, Business Management, Accounting, Finance, or related fields.

Have graduated no earlier than January 2023 with at least a Second Class degree (or its equivalent).

Possess 0–2 years of work experience (plant or industrial exposure is an added advantage).

Be comfortable using digital tools, data analysis, and remote collaboration platforms.
