Lafarge Africa Plc is inviting qualified Ordinary National Diploma (OND) holders to apply for an 18-month vocational training program focused on technical disciplines such as Maintenance Processes (Mechanical, Electrical, Instrumentation and Automation, Welding, and Fabrication Technology) and Cement Manufacturing Processes (Production, Process, and Quality).
This program is designed to equip participants with the skills needed to become self-employed or employable in these specialized areas.

Eligibility Requirements
- OND from a recognized institution, completed no earlier than 2021
