About the Future-X Unilever Campus Ambassador (FUCA) Program
The Future-X Unilever Campus Ambassador Program (FUCA) is a unique leadership and internship opportunity for outstanding Nigerian students. This program aims to discover and nurture 20 exceptional young leaders, offering them a platform to gain real-world experience and professional exposure as liaisons between Unilever Nigeria and their institutions.
As a FUCA ambassador, you’ll be empowered to drive innovative projects, build your leadership capacity, expand your network, and gain hands-on experience in community engagement and project management—all while earning a monthly stipend of ₦90,000.

Eligibility Criteria
To be eligible for the 2025 Future-X Unilever Campus Ambassador Program, applicants must:

Possess a minimum of an Ordinary National Diploma (OND)

Have strong communication skills (verbal and written)

Demonstrate good stakeholder management and team collaboration

Be proficient in Project Management

Have solid knowledge of MS Office tools

Be social media savvy and detail-oriented

Be available to work full-time for 1 year
