The Dream Together Master (DTM) Program at Seoul National University (SNU) in South Korea is currently accepting applications for its 2025 intake. This fully funded scholarship is designed to cultivate global leaders in sports management, offering comprehensive support to selected candidates from developing countries.

Program Overview:

Supported by the Korean Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism (MCST) and the Korea Sports Promotion Foundation (KSPO), the DTM Program provides:

  • Full Tuition Coverage: Complete exemption from tuition fees at SNU.
  • Monthly Stipend: Financial assistance to support living expenses.
  • Airfare: Round-trip tickets to and from South Korea.
  • Networking Opportunities: Engagements with global sports leaders and professionals.

Eligibility Criteria:

Applicants must:

  • Hold a Bachelor’s degree or higher in any field.
  • Demonstrate strong proficiency in English, as all courses are conducted in English at SNU.
  • Exhibit potential and passion for sports management.
  • Have experience or academic interests related to university sports and leadership.
  • Be a national of a country listed as an Official Development Assistance (ODA) recipient by the Development Assistance Committee (DAC).

Preference is given to current or former athletes and sports administrators.

  • Two Letters of Recommendation.
  • Official Bachelor’s Transcript (in English).
  • Official Bachelor’s Certificate of Graduation (in English).
  • Copy of the applicant’s passport (or other official document indicating nationality).
  • Copies of both parents’ passports (or other official documents indicating nationality).
  • Official document indicating parent-child relationship between the applicant and their parents.
  • Proof of English Proficiency (e.g., score report of a recognized English proficiency test).
  • Curriculum Vitae.
  • Certificate of Employment (if applicable).
  • An official recommendation letter from the National University Sports Federation (NUSF) or Continental University Sports Federation (CUSF) (if applicable).
  • Supplementary Materials (e.g., awards, scholarships, additional language proficiency proofs) (optional).
  • Explanatory Statement (if additional documentary evidence is needed for eligibility).
