he Deloitte One Young World Scholarship is a fully funded opportunity for young leaders to attend the One Young World Summit 2025 in Munich, Germany, from November 3-6, 2025. This scholarship is designed for individuals who are pioneering innovative solutions to address climate change and environmental challenges or transforming education and skills development for the future workforce.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Aged 18 – 30*.
- Nationals of all countries are eligible to apply, but applicants must be based in a country where Deloitte has a presence.
- Demonstrated commitment to delivering positive change.
- Proven leadership capacity.
- Understanding of key local and/or global issues.
- Track record of generating impactful and innovative solutions to address either climate and environmental challenges, or education and skills-based challenges.
Most delegates are between the ages of 18 and 30. The One Young World team will consider applications from those who are older than 30, pending demonstration of appropriate personal impact, initiative, and willingness to engage.
Benefits of the Scholarship:
- Access to the One Young World Summit 2025 in Munich.
- Hotel accommodation in a private room between November 2 – 6, 2025 (inclusive).
- Economy class travel to and from Munich.
- Catering, including breakfast, lunch, and dinner (provided by the hotel and during the Summit).
- Ground transportation between Summit venues.
- Participation in Deloitte-hosted sessions for the delegation in the lead-up to and during the Summit, and a Deloitte “buddy.”
