Program Details
The Coca Cola Technical Trainee Program is a non-residential 18-month training program divided into two phases:

First 18 months: Training in Lagos

Next 6 months: Rotations across Coca Cola plants in Nigeria
This structure provides both classroom learning and hands-on training, preparing participants to take on technical roles within Coca Cola.
