About the TY Danjuma MBA Scholarship

The TY Danjuma Foundation was established in 2008 by General Theophilus Yakubu Danjuma as an independent philanthropic organisation dedicated to supporting disadvantaged individuals and communities.

Launched in 2011, the TY Danjuma MBA Scholarship was created to help talented African students gain access to world-class MBA education. Since inception, the programme has supported students from several African countries, including Nigeria, South Africa, Uganda, Zimbabwe, Ghana, Morocco, Togo, and Côte d’Ivoire.

The scholarship is available to African candidates who have received admission offers from any of the top 10 business schools globally, as ranked by the Financial Times MBA Global Rankings.

To qualify for the TY Danjuma MBA Scholarship 2026, applicants must:

  • Have received admission into an MBA programme at one of the world’s top 10 business schools according to the Financial Times Global MBA Rankings.
