About the Nigeria Jubilee Fellows Programme (NJFP)
The Nigeria Jubilee Fellows Programme (NJFP) is a national youth employment initiative aimed at reducing graduate unemployment across Nigeria.
Through structured placements in reputable organisations nationwide, the programme equips young graduates with practical skills, professional exposure, and career-ready competencies needed to succeed in today’s labour market.

Eligibility Requirements for Nigeria Jubilee Fellows Programme (NJFP)
To be eligible for the NJFP 2026, applicants must:

Be a Nigerian citizen

Be a fresh graduate with a Bachelor’s degree or HND (graduated not earlier than 2022)
