Eligibility Requirements

To qualify, applicants must:

  • Be a citizen of an African Union Member State

  • Have 10+ years of professional experience after their Master’s degree

  • Be employed full-time in a health institution (public or private)

  • Demonstrate clear leadership capacity or potential
