Eligibility Criteria

To qualify for the 2026 WEF Early Career Program, applicants must:

  • Hold a Bachelor’s degree with 1–2 years of relevant work experience

  • Be available for the full 6-month duration

  • Demonstrate strong problem-solving and communication skills

  • Be adaptable, collaborative, and relationship-oriented

  • Have interest/experience in:

    • Program & project management

    • Leadership development

    • Community management

  • Have experience writing for professional audiences or digital content

  • Be fluent in English (excellent writing skills required)

  • Be digitally proficient:

    • MS Office

    • Salesforce or CRM tools (an added advantage)


Program Benefits

Participants will receive a competitive monthly compensation, depending on the location:
