About Transcorp Ignite 2026
The Transcorp Young Engineer Development Program is designed to attract and train talented graduate engineers passionate about the energy and power sector.
The program will run from January to December 2026 in two phases:

Three-week Learning Session – A structured classroom-style introduction.

Plant Rotations – Participants will be deployed across Transcorp power plants for field experience, technical knowledge, and project exposure.
