About the Rockefeller University SURF Program 2026
Each year, Rockefeller University hosts outstanding undergraduate students for the Chemers Neustein Summer Undergraduate Research Fellowship (SURF).
The program offers a unique opportunity for highly motivated undergraduates majoring in life sciences or physical sciences to gain hands-on experience in world-class laboratories.
Participants are matched with faculty mentors, postdoctoral researchers, or graduate students based on their academic interests. These mentors supervise and guide students through individualized research projects during the 10-week program.
