🌿 Scholarship Details
The Texas A&M University Graduate Scholarships are offered through the Duell Lab of Plant-Microbial Interactions, supporting research-focused Master’s and PhD students.
The Duell Lab investigates plant–microbiome interactions through community ecology, co-evolution, and land-use history, exploring how plant-associated microbial communities — such as mycorrhizal fungi and other root symbionts — influence ecosystem recovery and plant performance.
Students will gain experience in field ecology, molecular biology (DNA metabarcoding, sequencing), and experimental environmental research.
