The BIC Africa Acceleration Programme 2025 is designed to support 30 women entrepreneurs from Sub-Saharan Africa, including 20 from Angola, Comoros, Ethiopia, Madagascar, and Somalia, and 10 from other Sub-Saharan African countries. The program aims to help participants scale their businesses while contributing to the UN Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs).
Eligibility Criteria:

Gender and Age: Applicants must be women aged 18 or older.

Business Status: Applicants should be founders or owners of established, post-revenue businesses with an operational team. The business must be registered for at least one year.

Availability: Participants must be available from April to July 2025, dedicating approximately 2 hours per week for online sessions, plus additional time for individual work.

Commitment: A strong commitment to actively participate in all program activities and assist in future program developments is required.

Internet Access: Reliable internet connectivity is necessary for participation.

Language Proficiency: A good working knowledge of English is essential.
Benefits of the Programme:

Training Modules: Six online interactive training modules covering topics such as Mission; Unique Value Proposition and Product Development; Business Model; Team & Partnerships; Finance; and Marketing.

Coaching Sessions: Four online group coaching sessions focusing on Leadership and Influencing Skills; Mastering Personal and Business Finances; Storytelling and Pitch Training; and Time Management and Prioritization.

Networking: Two networking sessions at the beginning and end of the program, along with integration into the BIC Africa Community of women entrepreneurs.

Mentoring: High-performing participants may receive one-on-one mentoring sessions with European incubation experts.

Certification and Awards: Participants who complete at least 9 out of 12 sessions will receive a certificate of recognition. Additional business awards, such as increased visibility on the BIC Africa website and invitations to events, may be available for top performers.
