The LEAP Africa Youth Leadership Development Programme (YLDP) is a 5-month initiative designed to empower Nigerian undergraduates aged 18 to 30 with the skills, knowledge, and resources necessary for transformative leadership and active citizenship. The program focuses on leadership training, community development, and policy advocacy, aiming to equip participants to drive sustainable change in their communities.

Eligibility Criteria:

  • Undergraduate student in a Nigerian tertiary or vocational institution.
  • Between 18 and 30 years old.
  • Passionate about advocacy, activism, and community development.
  • Interested in inclusion, diversity, and civic responsibility.
  • Committed to attending online training sessions, participating in debates, and engaging in mentorship opportunities.
