- Interview Date, Process, and Venue: The first interview is conducted with the Human Resources Recruitment Team and the Department Manager, with the final stage being the Partner Interview. If a candidate is suitable for multiple job openings, they are introduced to all relevant managers. Proposals are made to favorable candidates, with unsuccessful candidates notified via email.
